Don’t Miss the Spring, God is Speaking

Listen

Let the godly sing for joy to the Lord; it is fitting for the pure to praise him. Praise the Lord with melodies on the lyre; make music for him on the ten-stringed harp. Sing a new song of praise to him; play skillfully on the harp, and sing with joy. For the word of the Lord holds true, and we can trust everything he does. He loves whatever is just and good; the unfailing love of the Lord fills the earth. The Lord merely spoke, and the heavens were created. He breathed the word, and all the stars were born. He assigned the sea its boundaries and locked the oceans in vast reservoirs. Let the whole world fear the Lord, and let everyone stand in awe of him. For when he spoke, the world began! It appeared at his command.” Psalms 33:1-9 NLT

Don’t miss the Spring, the beautiful colors that surround us. The brightest yellow lilies and the purest pink tulips, deep green blades of grass reaching as high as they can growing up up, up towards heaven. Odd shaped tree buds filled with life have now lined our streets with the beauty of flowers. The bees are buzzing happily making sweet drizzling honey.  Let us not miss the drum beats in the sound of the rain. Can you hear it?

The wind swirling through the trees and look the sun breaking through the clouds. God has created too many beautiful things to name. May you be inspired in your vegetable gardens, when you walk along the flowered paths, on your ride into work or when you still a just moment at last. Daughters, Sons, you too are one of His beautiful creations. I pray that the words in this song minister to you.

Don’t miss the spring, God is speaking.
