Don’t Worry, Pray

Listen

Paul sent this as a word of encouragement to his friends in Philippi. Do not worry but pray. It is a struggle sometimes to put worry aside because our minds just keep going on and on about stuff. This is a quick reminder to stop and pray. Although, I think most people do begin to pray when they get worried.

Let these words fill your heart. “Don’t worry about anything; instead, pray about everything. Tell God what you need, and thank him for all he has done. Then you will experience God’s peace, which exceeds anything we can understand. His peace will guard your hearts and minds as you live in Christ Jesus.” Philippians 4:6-7 NLT

We pray God’s peace be granted in our lives today and always. Amen

We love you. God Bless.

The Dream of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr.

“We must forever conduct our struggle on the high plane of dignity and discipline. We must not allow our creative protest to degenerate into physical violence. Again and again, we must rise to the majestic heights of meeting physical force with soul force.”
