Happy Thanksgiving

Happy Thanksgiving
Listen

Thanksgiving is a holiday where we come together and express our gratitude for all our blessings. Life’s roller coaster often makes it challenging to maintain a thankful heart. However, on Thanksgiving Day, we pause and remember the blessings we receive each day. Jesus urged us to have a spirit of gratitude, regardless of the situation. “Rejoice always, give thanks in all circumstances; for this is God’s will for you in Christ Jesus.” 1 Thessalonians 5:16&18 NIV

If we could cultivate the habit of giving thanks in all circumstances, our lives would be so much better. Maybe understanding that expressing gratitude is “God’s will for you in Christ Jesus” will prompt you to express gratitude more this holiday season. This Thanksgiving Day, let’s deepen our appreciation and thankfulness, celebrating the blessings bestowed upon us with a renewed sense of gratitude.

“We must forever conduct our struggle on the high plane of dignity and discipline. We must not allow our creative protest to degenerate into physical violence. Again and again, we must rise to the majestic heights of meeting physical force with soul force.”
