HeartVision Church is excited to announce that we have partnered with Heritage Fellowship Church, and the “She Thrives” Leadership Development Camp to award an educational scholarship to a deserving young student who will be attending the “She Thrives” camp this summer. This camp will provide young girls with multiple opportunities for STEM education and exposure including a flight simulator, entrepreneurship training, public speaking and much more.
We at HeartVision Church are especially excited because this is our first ever scholarship awarded from the Elder Helen McNeil Educational Fund. The Fund was established in honor of the late Elder Helen M. McNeil who shared with us her lifelong love of learning, and her passion for teaching. The goal of this fund is to help students achieve academic success.
We are grateful and thankful for Ms. Kim Collins, and the Heritage Fellowship family for allowing us the opportunity to provide this scholarship, which ensures that we are continuing Elder Helen McNeil’s legacy of lifelong learning. This experience expands our HeartVision Church community influence by helping young women turn their dreams of getting an education into a reality.
Thanks again to the Heritage Fellowship Church, Ms. Kim Collins, and the “She Thrives” camp. And we would especially like to thank all of the HeartVision family and friends whose generous donations, prayers, and love made this scholarship possible may God continue to bless you.
